Terms & Conditions applicable for Real Estate deal with Natu Properties Pune
1) In buy/sell deals, commission is chargeable from both buyers & sellers
2) Buy / Sell deal of any property = 2% of total deal amount
1) In rent-in/rent-out deals, commission is chargeable from customer & not from the landlord
2) Rent-in/Rent-out deal of any property = 2 months rent
1) In lease deals, commission is chargeable from both customer & landlord
2) Commission = 2% of lease amount or 2 months rent which ever is higher
Our services are provided only after initial T&C approvals from the customers (mentioned in first property/enquiry registration email and/or estimates sent after deal confirmation), we do not provide any refund once Invoice is raised/paid.
